News of celebrity babies like Justin Timberlake’s new son always makes for a sweet morning show feature. Among the details and nitty gritty that doesn’t make the news is where the couple might consult an attorney.
Any major changes in life is a time to take a look at what estate plan you have set up and if it needs to be changed.  Having a baby, getting a divorce, and generally when your potential heirs change, means its time to call your estate planning attorney.  The changes may be as simple as a small amendment, or may require more of an overhaul, depending on what estate plan is currently set up.  If no estate plan is in place, it is certainly time to see an attorney and get one done.
